My lovely pals from Vita Vite invited me to a sneak peek of their soon-to-debut second location in North Hills this past Sunday evening and before I even stepped in the door I was in awe of the two-story vino mecca.
Not only is this event a great winemaker visit that’s totally worth the drive to Durham on its own, but it’s also your chance to visit the awesome second location for The Wine Feed! Their new Durham location opened recently at 307 S Roxboro Street, making it a quick drive from Raleigh via the Durham Freeway.
I am so excited about this new storefront for Downtown Raleigh cold-pressed juice shop, Cold off the Press – partly because it’s on my drive into the office (yay for good breakfast options that aren’t fast food!) and partly because it is at the forefront of one of the newer areas of Downtown Raleigh revitalization.
Plates Neighborhood Kitchen on Glenwood started off the new year with many changes. If you have visited this favorite neighborhood spot of ours then you’ve probably noticed the changes they’ve made to the menu, decor and hours. In addition, soon we will officially be able to add Plates to the list of amazing Food Trucks rolling around Raleigh!
The North Carolina Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier is hosting a collaborative cocktail dinner you cannot miss! On Thursday, April 12th from 6:30 pm t0 9:00 pm at Whitaker & Atlantic in Raleigh, the philanthropic organization of professional female leaders in the food, beverage and hospitality industries, has organized this fundraiser to benefit the Inter-Faith Food Shuttle and the NC Junior Chef Competition.
