Goat Lady Dairy will celebrate their 20 year anniversary with a special unseated dinner featuring Mandolin on Monday, September 21 at 6:00 p.m.
North Carolina chefs will each prepare a unique dish using one of the six award-winning cheeses. The North Carolina chefs will include Scott Howell of Nana’s in Durham, Kim Floresca of One in Chapel Hill, Jay Pierces of Rock Salt in Charlotte, David Ryba of Biltmore in Asheville, Ben Roberts of Undercurrent Restaurant in Greensboro and Mandolin’s very own Sean Fowler.
Beer will by provided by Fullsteam and Wicked Weed with music by The Big Fat Gap!
There are 10 extremely limited tickets to the Goad Lady Dairy event this September. Tickets are $150 per person and all of the proceeds go to the American Cheese Society scholarship fund. This is an invitation only event that will be attended by family, partner farms, wholesale customers, distributors and others who have helped the dairy reach the 20 year milestone.
