Beer lovers – mark your calendars! Plates Neighborhood Kitchen is hosting a Brüeprint Brewing five-course beer dinner on the evening of Sunday, January 24, 2016. Each of Chef Stephen Day’s courses will be expertly paired with a selection from the Apex, NC brewery’s diverse catalog by bar manager Justin Gallus. Dinner will include a presentation from the brewmasters themselves, shedding insight into the science (and magic!) behind the brewing process.
