Mark Your Calendars: Historic Oakwood’s Autumn Tea Returns After Five-Year Hiatus

After a COVID-induced pause, the Oakwood Garden Club is bringing back its beloved Autumn Tea Saturday and Sunday, October 4-5, 2025, and Raleigh foodies won’t want to miss this elegant affair.

Celebrating their 75th anniversary, the club is hosting three seatings of traditional high tea at the historic Tucker House (418 N. Person Street). Expect vintage china, fresh flowers, and a three-tiered menu featuring delicacies from local restaurants, each expertly paired with premium teas from Tin Roof Teas.

When: Saturday, Oct 4, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m; Sunday, Oct 5, 2025, at 10:30 a.m.
Duration: Approximately 90 minutes per seating

Pro tip: Tickets went on sale August 9 and past teas have sold out, so don’t sleep on this one.
